Can someone please explain to me the exact function the right and left levers on a Tantal? Left I assume is single shot, 3-rd burst and then full auto? What's the right side? "On and off"?  

But seriously..........anyone know for sure?

The left is the "fire mode select" side and the right is "safe/unsafe/fire" side.

Found on all variants chambered in 5.45x39 (Wz.88/89) & 5.56x45
(Wz.90/91 & Wz.96).

Left side of receiver...
Automatic: "C" for Ciagly (sustained) = full auto
Single shot: "P" for Pojedynczy (single) = semi auto
Three shot burst: "S" for Seryjny (serial) = 3 shot

Right side...
Locked (safe) position: "Z" for Zabezpieczony (safe) = safe
Unlocked (fire/fire select) position: "O" for odbezpieczony (unsafe) = shoot
