I saw the two images Stottman posted in his pinned thread. But I have looked all over, they are few and far in between.
Of course this has just spawned since I bought th EG folder from him. This is what I got so far, anyone have some suggestions?

Nice one.. Though you will need an AK just to find a spot at the Munich Oktoberfest if you should up any time after 9am.....Too many tourists. Better to go off to some small town around there, or another large city a bit away.

BTW, the East Germans did make their own AK carry case-

That looks like an Egyptian Maadi folder though.....


<eta>  No camera or I'd post pix of my Romak2 in East German drag.  Bakelite handguard, fugly pebble brown stock & red-orange mag.  If somebody made mag floorplates or followers I'd be able to use the EG grip instead of the generic black.

From what i've read it was made in east germany for export to eygyt.
