I was told by Charles at Red Star Arms that he was sending me a new trigger for my Mak-90.
This was in September of last year.

Being a patient person I waited for months before I finally emailed again.
Then I was told by Charles that a new generation trigger is coming out and he'll get one right to me.
I waited quite some time before I emailed again.
I was a tad on the pissed off side this time and was told by Charles that I had every right to be angry at this point and that he'd get it right out.

Several emails to Charles went unanswered.

I emailed again around the end of March.
I was told by Ken that Charles was no longer with the company, that's why I was getting
no response. He said if I gave him my address, he'd get a trigger out "ASAP."

Well.... guess what? Nothing again.
I emailed Ken several times since then with no reply.

I've now been waiting for 7 months for the replacement trigger I was promised.

Really crappy treatment to say the least, but pretty much in line with most of the firearms industry.
At this point RSA can keep their overpriced piece of shit trigger as far as I'm concerned.
Nothing they could do for me would make up for the way I've been treated.
Just a heads up for others.

Mis-communication?
More like NO communication.

Charles seemed like a nice guy.
Even though he never came through for me, HE DID
reply to my emails until he left.

Sounds like this Charles guy was maybe a whistle blower.  He was working to help out the customers, and then blam he's out of there.  Something's fishy....... smells like a tuna factory.

Tec

RSA has been excellent in my book. I have several of their FCG and they installed the first one for me at the BRC.
Campy, make sure you have enough room for the vendors and the lookers. I was very cramped at knob creek. They were packed in like sardines. CB

Another attaboy here! The RSA trigger has completely improved my SLR-95. It has about two thousand rounds on it now with no problems.

Thanks Ken!

Inhumanitarian - looks like you're squared away now....

Trigger has arrived.
Things happen in business I guess.

Ken has apologized and I have received trigger.
End of story.
