I plan to have my OOW receiver fully heat treated by Chris @ AK USA.  If I drill the holes for the front and rear trunnions now is it possible that they won't line up with the trunnion holes after the receiver is heat treated?  I would much rather do it now than after the steel is hardened.  Thanks for any input.

ETA:  Is it even necessary for me to have the receiver fully heat treated?  I can tell that the FCG holes have been heat treated but what about the ejector?  That's all you really need isn't it?  Thanks.

you should be just fine if you drill prior to hardening.  if any shape change occurs(unlikely), it will be minute and nothing you cant fix quickly
