Hey everybody, I am a new Draco owner and like almost every other new Draco owner I do plan on SBRing the gun. Something that i want to do is add a better trigger and better sights; but I realized I havnt ever seen any kind of accuracy report on one of these rifles. So does anybody have any kind of info about how well they can shoot thier Draco?

See the deal I have going with some buddies is this: I can out shoot their Aresenal SLR-100H and SLR-95 both mounted with a red dot, at 100 yards with my Draco with Tech-Sights ghost ring sight and thinner front sight post attached. I will be shooting probably Labor Day weekend. Any takers on who is going to win? I do have the advantage of being a very high Expert shooter in the Marines haha. We will see if I can crutch having 5 inches less barrel and no stock with that and the sights.

My 10.5 inch barrel will shoot 3-5 inch 10rd groups slow fire. At 100m standard sights.

My mini with a 7.5 inch brl did a 10 inch 10 Rd group. At 100m. I believe I can do Better with time. St sights.

I have hit man sized steel at 175  -30/ 30 hits/ shots in competition with the 10.5 standing tight sling.

They shoot well for being small.

I just installed some tech sights on my Draco (still has standard front post) and shot it for the first time this past Sunday. It was pretty casual plinking & not accuracy testing, I went through 2 20rnd mags of wolf 122gr hp standing at ~30yds. My 'group' was around 4". It certainly wasn't rapid fire but not slow, precise aiming either. The Draco as a pistol would be difficult for me to fire much more accurately (I am looking forward to my stamp coming in anytime!) I believe it is capable of solid accuracy though and better ammo and the nearly 100% increase in sight radius the tech sights provide will help a lot.

My SBR'd Draco is every bit as accurate as any full-size Romanian AK I've owned, and almost as accurate as any other 7.62x39 rifle I own shooting the same surplus ammo.

This is what I've heard in my research and the reason one of my full size AK's may be for sale to fund the draco sbr. Those tech sights intrigue me though. Nutnfancy acutally shot 1 MOA with them at 100yds with an Arsenal and wolf ammo. Pretty impressive. My only question is how well they hold zero since they are new.
