Early Galils had free floating firing pins and later switched over to spring loaded firing pins. I was looking at an South African R4 amorers manual and saw that R4 bolts have a rubber bushing around the firing pin inside the bolt ,so it wasn't free floating. Was wondering if they later switched over to spring loaded firing pins?

All the R4 bolts Ive seen are the rubber bushed ones, no springs. They get a little stiff and need to be disassembled and lubed from time to time.
