Can we get ammo from Canada?   This company up there has some S&B ammo for $169 canadian for 1120rds of ammo.

Might want to ask them. Canadian companies usually have all the up to date info for shipping to the US. I know Marstar has text on everything they sell stating if it can be shipped to the US or not.

Nope you would require a special permin to import ammo from Canada. Also their prices on ammunition are atleast 30% higher.
Totally not worth it.

I recently called Marstar about the possibility of ordering some of their Czech 7.62x39 ammo.  They wouldn't do it for two reasons.  First, unless the order is very large (as in tens of thousands of rounds) they say it's a hassle for them to ship it to the states due to customs regulations and imporation red tape, and won't do it. Second, Marstar says the Czech ammo is steel core, thus making importation to the U.S. illegal under current BATF rules.
