A friend and I recently bought a large supply of parts and ammo from an estate.  Since neither of us own an AK (ducking), we have no idea who made these mags or their worth.


We also have some 10 and 5 round mags that are similar to these.
I know that the ones in the photo below are East German.  They are still in the wrap with a cleaning kit.

The last photo shows mags and small parts for a SKS.

The magazine on the right in the first picture is a typical Chinese 30rd magazine.  It is probably worth about $10.  The magazine on the left of that picture is European.  Can you add a picture of the floorplate and follower?  The East German AK-74 bakelite 30rd magazines are probably worth $30 each if they are all in new condition still in the packaging.  The last two brown plastic magazines are American made for the SKS.  They somehow convert an SKS with a fixed magazine to use those magazines as detachable.  I don't know how much those are worth.

Would a 5 and 10 round mag similar to this one be worth the same?

It looks like the magazine on the left is East German.  East German magazines have a longer raised oval section on the floorplate than every other country.  Right now they are probably worth about $12 each, and 5rd and 10rd magazines usually go for about $10 each.
