Is it possable to change a reciever on an Ak47 from stamped to milled?

I am thinking of converting a 47,RF-109 Snubnose Rifle to a milled reciever.

You can, but it is cost prohibitive. By the time the conversion is done you would have more than paid for a complete milled gun.
