Phenolic is resistant to most solvents.
What have you got on them that a damp cloth won't wipe clean? |

Why would you want to use a bore solvent on your mags?

Spray some WD-40 on a rag and wipe them down

Ballistol. Good for all plastics, metal and wood - kind of like .....guns. WD-40 is not a bad choice either - it will cut the carbon but won't hurt the plastic or provide too much lubrication inside the mag, which can cause sprung feed lips.
Alternative: take mag apart, clean metal parts with Hoppes, wash plastic body with hand soap and warm water. Dry and assemble. |
