Thats what I thought, but someone else thought that the Bulgie's made their RPK barrels 24mm.........anyone else chime in on this?

Haven't ever heard of any com bloc barrel journal being 24mm, I know for sure that the Bulg .30 cal standard length barrels are 23mm...... I have a 'new' Bulg RPK barrel sitting right here, but unfortunately, some dufus turned it down to a diameter smaller than Chinese for some crazy reason.... what a waste of a good pipe....so anyways, I can't confirm on that one... sorry.

Ok, thanks. Any reason you can think of why it would not be compatable with the Romanian RPK trunnion?

Not at all... should be A-OK...
Yea Campy, thought about sleeving it....the barrel itself is virtually new, but this guys hacked in all the notches, pin detents etc... what a fricking mess.... I made the guy I bought it from give me a discount... he was cool about it, but man what are some people thinking!!! -C |
