You are not really giving up much, the American made ammo is less accurate in an SKS or AK, the foreign tends to be a little more accurate (in the foreign guns), but not that much.
The trade off is that steel case is MUCH lighter than the brass case, and works just as well. If storage is a concern any military ammo can will keep it safe longer than you will live. |
