What is the most popular rifle furniture right now? Is the classic look in? The Tactical look any better? Or is everyone buying OD Green?

hey, every time I go to the range I always look for other AK's.Ever notice this:you see a guy with a sar-2 with black/green furn. set you think it looks cool.However there is always that guy with the AK with blond wood that has everybody mesmerized!You say to yourself...damn that gun is awesome...I HAVE TO GET ONE!!!!
Well thats what I always think,just my two cents.

Blonde looks good on a woman, I do not prefer it on a rifle.

I have the black, plum, and the OD stock sets. I like the Black the best.

Laminate is always cool.

Throw another vote on for the Laminated stock..especially with the vertical wood foregrip and a sidefolding stock...man that is sexy..

Black furniture looks along with OD the best to me.....gives the weapon a modern look.

But hey, I can go for a good laminate or blonde furniture set.

Perhaps it's more like women than Iwould like to admit, I like 'em all as a species in general

just my oreference, but i prefer the black polymer for its' looks, ease of care and structural properties (the green polymer is softer and flexes more easily).

I think a black AK looks the best but I also like the original wood furniture sets. I don't like blonde furniture sets, imo its too contrasting to the eye.

Ditto. The black doesn't do anything for me at all, the ODG isn't too bad, & the blonde wood is just wrong.
IMHO only the laminated wood, plum polymer or dark reddish brown hardwood look "correct" on AK's. I'm also kinda partial to the red/brown East German plastic furniture. Ugly but in a real functional easternbloc way.

Out of the three my pick is the SAM-7 classic, as I like the 3rd model AK-47 look, if the SAM-7 had a muzzle nut instead of the muzzle brake then my vote would be with that model instead as I really want a Bulgarian AK-47M1 clone. The SAM-7G is last either way. As you can tell I prefer models that replicate the military versions.

To many choices,thats why you should have one in each color.Kind of like that Emilda Markos shoe thing.I've never met an ak I didn't like no mater what color,but damn,that plum is sweeeet.
