Greetings to all. I have been trying to be young again! " how bout that campy! "  spending time and riding with my son who is Moderator of the Honda board.  great to stop by and see " read "  the old gang enjoying the politically incorrect freedoms of our great nation .
If you have high speed internet then watch my son on the video I hotlinked on the 10th posting of this tread. 18 MB  We sneeked on to a US military Landing strip " hole in the fence "and borrowed it for a little while. the slowest bike in the group will do over 170 so getting cought was very slim!

I still check in on you guys every now and then

The 1200 Bandit and Honda 919 were made for us older guys. they are very comfortable and almost strait up normal riding position.  I had to do something because my son was embarrassed by my 870 lb Goldwing in his sport bike group.
nothing like 50 sport bikes and one 2 wheeled RV at an event. so it went and the " Ole mans sport bike " flips the bill just fine. The engine is a slightly bored out version of your old GSXR 1100 and a rocket of a bike.  glad to hear you still ride.

My favorite ride is an '80 CBX.   Anybody remember those?  A 1050cc 6-cylinder?!?!?  They sound like a Porsche and have that old super-bike look that I learned to love when I was young and my love for motorcyles bloomed.

Next, an RC51?

your a wise man Campy.  wives are easy to come by.  you can even order one through the mail.   But a john deere garden tractor you can pass on down to your kids! ride all you want,  easier to get started , and the best part is you can turn off that noise at the flip of a switch!
