and it rocks! literally!

once again, lumpy 223 has worked his editing magic with a compilation of submitted footage turned into a creative masterpiece!

in addition to all the exciting action of bulletfest IV...from the opening fusilade to the minigun to the krupp mountain gun to the last shots of the targets...it's an eye-popping, ear splitting sensation so real you can almost smell the burning powder in the air!

not only do you get all of that, but lumpy has thrown in a rocking version of ac-dc's "fire your guns" with a video montage of muzzleblasts and disappearing belts that mtv would blush at airing!!! a mix of old and new bulletfest footage, this is sure to top the charts!

you'll feel the heat as the vehicles burn and flinch at the shoulder pounding displays of big-bore guns ripping all the targets to shreds.

the cast of thousands features...well...all the folks that make bulletfest the fun event that it is! you see the hundreds of canopies on the firingline...the berm before, during and after...the tons of guns...the vehicles and the crowd.

"how can i get this hot new video, campy, and what does it cost?", you ask...

well...thanks to lumpy223 and the folks that submitted their video footage...IT'S FREAKIN' FREE! absolutely freakin' free!

first, you gotta drop me an email to request my mailing address. i'll send it to you and you then mail to me a blank cd and a self-addressed/postage pre-paid cd mailer that i can return the burned cd to you in.

secondly...YOU gotta put up the same ofer to copy the cd-rom for other folks once you receive your copy of the video (hey, i can't do it all! lol!)...and that's IF you have a burner drive (hell, if computer-illiterate little ol' me has a drive and can do it, i'm sure you can, also!).

Actually ... I was planning a web based distribution out to broadband people who wish to distribute it on kazaa, etc...

The main video is available for download at first to Kazaa servers on broadband. If you would like to serve this up on Kazaa or any other filesharing doohickey email me at [email protected] (be sure to remove the nospam) and i'll link you to the download.

The music video will be freely downloadable later in the evening from my website. (its only bout 50meg)

My server is on dual T3s so those with high output connections step right up.

Alrighty. I've put up a torrent for the video, so it's available to anyone, you just have to install a little program.

Note: When you download with this you'll get a box asking if you donated to this guy and his webpage will come up, if you click "Yes" it'll stop bugging you.

When the file is done downloading, please leave the downloader window OPEN, it will allow others to get the file too. That's how the whole thing works. If you accidentally close the window you can click the download link again and save it to where you already saved it and it'll resume uploading (and downloading if you weren't finished). Share and share alike.

If you already have the files you can help out too. Install the program above, click the links to the files, and point to where you already have the files. The program will recognize the files are complete and then wait for someone to upload to.

Dude, IU just finished Downloading the music video (real one still has about 2 hrs left on it) and I thought I saw a guy firing a minigun!

I got the CD from Lumpy and it rocks. I was pleased to see that he was able to use some of the footage that I sent. What a suprise to see my name in the credits!

Just got finished watching.....awesome video.

The hand-held short barreled Browning .30 cal was pretty impressive.....would like to see more pics of that one.

It looks like the woman shooting the Barrett .50 got more than she bargained for....

The mini-gun......what can I say......

And the last pic of Campy.......priceless.

I've finished uploading the bulletfest4 video. I thought 220 megabytes was way to big of a download for most people to download all at once so I split it into 5 pieces. The first four are about 45 megs in size, the last is around 29. There are 2 small additional files, 7 files in all. The bulletfest4.mpg.000 file just tells the bulletfest4.mpg.bat file how many pieces there are. The bulletfest4.mpg.bat file stitches 'em all together.
[disclaimer mode on] (windows users)You should NEVER download an .exe,.com or .bat file extension from the internet unless you are sure of what it is! That being said, I hereby certify the the .bat file has no hidden bugs, viri or worms in it.[disclaimer mode off]

INSTRUCTIONS:
download all bulletfest4 files to one directory. Double click on the batch file. yer done. you should have the bf4 mpg video. By the way the files are sequential, if you only get the first file,001, you can use the .bat file to stitch & view the first 1/5th of the video. 2 files,.001,.002, 2/5 of the video..etc
While your at it download the "fire your guns" video and burn them both to a C.D. and you will have your own bulletfest4 C.D.!

I was informed that the server was "hacked" last week and they prompted me to rename the .mpg.bat file as the virus scanner didn't like the double file extension on the .batch file. It's possible that the server is being taken down from time to time as they are trying to get it back up to speed again. I just tried it and I got the .001 file no problem-o.
<edited>And you are correct, the video HAS to have the .001 file to start the process. Don't know why the link was missing...
