Armory USA fully heat treated. That's what I used.

+1 Armory I haven't built any 74's with them but a couple 47's and they really were great.
Nodakspud is supposed to get into the game soon. I have a Tantal to build and I think I will wait to see what they offer before I commit to another. |

I just called Armory USA an hour ago to order a receiver. I ordered it but they are closing up shop for the rest of the week because of Rita. Let's pray that bitch doesn't tear up Texas like it tore up LA, MS and AL.

my ak is a ssr-85c-2 and it works great. Armory makes good stuff.

Hear the OOW receivers are a bit long and now that i look at them they seem to be right. What about the Global receivers are they good or do they not make a 5.45 receiver?
