I see that AIM has polish steel mags and they talk about them like they are pretty good. I've seen Russian and Chinese mags and they look pretty good, then there is Romanian mags which are kinda crummy compared to Chi-com or Ruskee stuff.

Are the Polish steels supposed be high quality or something? I don't currently own ANY steel magazines and I thought i'd like to have about 10 to add to my mag collect just to have and be a MONSTER baby killing gun owner

I've got a Polish steel '74 mag that appears to be very well made.(haven't used it...) I don't see why the 7.62 mags wouldn't be just as nice. For the price you can't go wrong.

polish, e.german, russian, chinese etc........they all are good, and will function in any AK, just buy the cheapest price ones, and forget what country they are made in.

The Polish magazines are outstanding.

The fit and finish is generally best on the Russian, Polish, Bulgarian, East German, and Hungarian.

Not countin' the Finnish, 'cause everyone knows they are the best, but not really available.

The Romanian and Chinese magazines have the "worst" fit and finish in my experience, but they work just as well.
