Can't you just order directly from Vulcan? (thru your ffl) They offer complete rifles, seems stupid on their part to require a middle man as small as they are (especially Joeken, I'm sure they've had complaints sent their way).
Gotta be some ffl's on this board who sell their (Vulcan) AK receivers. |

Just get an OOW receiver and the have rear of the receiver notched for the side folder. Or am I missing something here?

While there are soem known dimension issues to work with OOW, nobody has bitched about mushy ejector tabs.
But for Vulcan also check CenterfireSystems.com, Gunsnstuff.net just because of their diverse inventory. |

I was a little hesitant to use an oow receiver for my first build but now im thinkin screw vulcan i can notch the receiver if it isnt to hard.

Vulcan AK receivers are quite nice. They're the exception to the 'Vulcan rule'.
