I initially joined up there but got into AR's and moved here.  The AK side over here rounds it out so I feel no need to go back.  Plus their UI got real crowded etc with ads and gawdy graphics...

I just moved to this sight too. What pisses me off is I contributed money to Gunsnet.

You gave money to those snakes..................bad move on your part. If the domain name wasnt paid for all he has to do is pay it...At network Solutions there $35 each.....LOL..I pay $10.00 for the same service. If he cant afford to pay for his domain name he is in real trouble. As soon as they recieve payment they turn it back on...its that simple.

If someone forgot to reregister the domain name, I wonder if someone else bought it from under them and now are negotiating a price for them to get it back. Unfortunately, there are people who make a living doing this. A few years ago I believe Microsoft forget to renew msn.com or or something important like that. I wonder how much that name would be worth to Microsoft.

www.gunsnet.net/forums/index.php?

I'm happy with both places.

"Guns Network is not down. For those who can see the website it is because your ISP allows you all to see the website due to allowing for DNS a valid server address. For most of us, like me I had to change my DNS server adress settings to see the website.

Network Solutions supposively sent us serveral renewal emails / notices but we never got them and so our Domain name went unpaid past the expiration date. So the reason most members cannot see the website is because Network Solutions did a DNS shutdown until we renewed the Domain, which we did about 2 hours ago. Network Solution told us that everyone should be able to view Guns Network within the next 12 hours. For those who cannot see the website is because your ISP blocks the DNS changes but you can override if you change your TCP/IP settings; from DNS settings set at "Obtain DNS server address automatically" to another DNS server address.

You have 30 days before you lose the site when you let the domain name go. Ive already checked into it and they have about a week or so to go before any one can grab it.
