Well I'm no dealer, rep, or seller. But I did recently purchase one. The total came to about 775 after everything was said and done. The price was 755 for my SA-M7 Carbine if this helps.
Templar is the man we need to talk to. Or NewARGuy, he sold me mine

 the one with the bayo lug and threaded barrel .
