No need for a fake can or SBR paperwork my man (unless you want the fake can). Tapco offers a barrel extension and/or a extended muzzel brake for use with AMD-65 kits. Pick one, permanently attach it and walla a 16" barrel.
As for pics, lots of guys have built these. I am sure someone will be posting pics of their builds shortly.

Here are my two. I didn't care for the AMD folding stock. It looks neat, but it offers zero cheek weld.

Sweet! Thanks guys! Just spoke to my 'smith and he is getting a pair of recievers. One for a Krink 5.45 with 16" barrel (kit from KVAR) and the other will be an AMD65. I've always thought they looked cool......

I am wanting to build one but I am not sure how. I am really mechanically inclined so I thought about getting everything and going from there. They look interesting. I don't think the AMD 65 sidefolder was meant a whole lot for aiming,
