Does anyone make or sell good quality American Made stainless steel gas pistons for SKS's and/or AK's?  Also SS firing pins ?  I picked up an old chinese SKS a few years ago that someone fired corrosive ammo through and never cleaned it.  The barrel cleaned up well but the firing pin was stuck in the bolt.  I got it out and it was all rusted, I cleaned it up on a wire wheel.  The gas piston was also rusted to shit (the non chromed part) and I also cleaned that up with a wire wheel.  The gun funtions fine now but I would like to maybe upgrade some of the parts to a better quality.

I don't know about the quality, but have seen US made gas pistons on the web sites at Tapco, RedStar, Global.  I don't remeber about the ones at k-var or RPB.
