John, the diffirence between the two is that the Tula have slightly rolled in edges where as the Ishevsk made stocks have no roll. The are a basic U shape. BTW thanks for postingthe pics! I'd do the little smilies with the beers... but... well... the whole computer skill thing.
Thekater, Basically that is what Kvar was selling at the time. I bought 2 thinking one would go on a AKS74U which were all Tula built rifles. Some day this will get a set of Soviet markings. I'll have it remarked as Tula built rifle. Tula goodness.
Josh did an excellent job on this. The pics don't show it but all the pins and side folding hardware are the correct light grey phosphate color.
Some more editing- I have some plum furniture to put on this, working on laminated set of handguards too.
