Are all AKM parts interchangable (minus Yugos)? For example, will a Bulgarian or Polish Bolt Carrier Group work in a Romanian RPK or vice versa? And would there be any issues putting a Romanian bolt in a Bulgarian or Polish carrier?

I found a smoking deal on a Romanian RPK but for some reason it doesn't come with the BCG and wanted to know if I could just get a replacement and pop it right in.

other than headspace, you should have no problems.  I wouldn't try it without a gauge set.
