Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 14x1 to 1/2x28 thread adapter or 1/2x28 krinkov flash hider?

Does anyone make an adapter for 14x1 left threads to 1/2X28 right threads so I can put a Krinkov "bell" type flash hider on an AR-15?  Or better yet, does anyone make the "bell" type Krinkov flash hider with 1/2x28 threads.  I am not referreing to the Noveske type Krinkov flash hider, but the one that is the short tube with an inverted cone on it.
