It may have been done before but i have not found it.  I did my Saiga 12 PG conversion without removing the factory Trigger Group Pins.  It took me a little longer to do it but it looks factory.









As you can tell, I used tapco FCG, SAW grip and  Tromix  bolt in trigger gaurd.

Thanks for posting this.  I've been thinking about doing it that way.  Did you cut the trigger parts out with a dremel?

I used a air operated die grinder with a carbide bit.  took less then 5 min to cut the parts out.









I was able to even save the stock sheperds hook.  could have saved my self $3.
