6 MOA solid circle.

Maybe better spotting glass. First, cookie cut a circle out of the target frame to let more light through. Maybe staple some white fabric over the back.

24 grains of varget under a 77 is a pretty standard highpower load. You shouldn't need to chase it too far from there at least for the SR.

Make sure you bad levers not touching anything, your gas rings are not worn out and if you are using a UBR upgrade to an H3 buffer.
