Thinking of buying a stocked MediTac Premium IFAK Kit from Amazon for a 72 hour Go Bag, and breaking the contents out into a High Speed Gear Pouch for range days as needed.

What are you medical / trauma kit recommendations for 2 people in a go bag vs. portable (belt) IFAK?

Lets say Im keeping it to Amazon.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to give advice but in addition to the question above, I'll also parrot what many people here say and advise you not to get things like this from Amazon and instead go to a reputable vendor. Dark angel, NAR, etc. So you know you're getting legit gear and not cheap, chinese knockoff junk.

What you posted is an IFAK or blow out kit. The contents in that kit is everything you would take to the range in case of a traumatic injury with bleeding, breaking it out into another pouch would be pointless.
It's not a boo boo kit which are different then Blow out Kits/trauma kits. example of boo boo kit. Boo boo kits are for small cuts, insect stings, small burns etc. Some of these kits include things you can use in a blow out/trauma kit as well because they are a general first aid kit unlike blow out/trauma kits which are meant for use on things like gunshot wounds etc.

Boo boo kits are boo boo kits.
blow out kits are blow out kits.
Have both they are for different things(and seek training).
