Have an opportunity to take this class and I can't find a whole lot about it. I saw a few mentions of it that indicate the second day of the class is structured around USPSA material- they run a match and discuss stage planning etc....I have no interest at all in that sort of shooting but would really like to take a course with Stoeger as he is one of the masters.

Haven't taken a class from him but over on Brian Enos I've nothing but good reviews.

Fundamentals are fundamentals no matter what kind of shooting you do.

You may change your mind about USPSA after the class also.

The whole thing is a gamer class.  He will cover fundamental skills, but it will be in a USPSA/IPSC context.

I've taken the Fundamentals and Skills and Drills classes with Ben.

I'd take Fundamentals and keep my mouth shut about shooting IDPA. But IDPA Master and USPSA A class is comparable.  It will cover things you won't need like shooting into and out of positions but with the new rule changes to fault lines in IDPA you will get some good training.
