???  Not me.  Not my website.

I pretty much though the drills were explained.  If you don't know how to shoot a group, I can't help you.  Snap drill has its own link.  VTAC 1-5 VIDEO is already listed in this subforum.  Bill Drill isn't exactly a state secret.

Tactical Rifleman on youtube has his five favorite drills that are pretty good too.
OP, thanks for the post!

I disagree with his list

It lacks imagination and leaves out many critical skills

And no, I'm not Frank Proctor either

If you don't have access to a shooting bay, Discretionary Command Training Targets like this one:

are useful.  This being 2020 with an ammocrunch, unless your shooting airsoft, I'd just shoot each number once.

I'm on the road with my phone, so forgive the typing in what will be a long post.

These can all be modified due to ammo availability , dumb range restrictions, and to keep it fresh.

1) groups

paper plate 2*5 round mags 12ish yards.

slow fire with a reload, strong hand supported

repeat strong hand only (including reload)

repeat weak hand only (including reload)

repeat harries position or using light
repeat the strong hand supported

(this is nothing but reenforcing fundamentals of accuracy and weapon manipulation)

2) stroke drill with heart rate

Index card, paper plate or 6" steel depending on skill and availability.

ten jumping jacks or box jumps double tap, repeat for a total of 20-30 rounds (let's say your CCW basic load)

(You should always do some elevated heart rate shooting)

3) reactive

a target that needs to be identified from a cluster. Paper plates or index cards with shapes, numbers letters etc.

standing not facing target- training partner calls target, turn-move-while presenting and engage target with 2-3 rounds. Training partner calls "clear"

(this replaces the "math drill" and introduces the fact that you tautly start a gunfight oriented to the target and should always be moving)

4) Cover drill

2 targets. human silhouettes, IPSC steel whatever.

with a barrier work piling corner (low and high) training partner can call left right.

5) Figure 8 drill

I'm also a believer in physical stressors.  You get to shoot and exercise

I have a bitchute channel dedicated to this and other stuff. You can see most of those drills there, and a lot of other stuff.

This is me hawking my own stuff, but I make no money.

I need to make a vid of the jumping jacks drill. That is the one that I always.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes to induce physical stress into the mix.  It only makes sense.

The Gunsite Stressrifle drill is good too, especially if done with a decent kit on.

Time, 3 mins max.

Target: IDPA/IPSC or comparable sihouette.

8 rounds total.

At 225 yard line, at START signal, run to 200yd, 2 shots to body.

Run to 150yd, 2 shots to body.

Run to 100yd, 2 shots to head.

Run to 50yd, 2 shots to head.
