I bought some 30 Cal .308 212 gr ELD-X to try in subs for my 300 blackout. I have the 10th edition of Hornady's load data book but can't find the data in there. Do any of you have data for this load?

find data for 208's and knock out half a grain then work back up to 1080fps.

With subs on 300blk you actually work down typically.

Otherwise you risk sticking a squib. That's why you almost never see "starting load" data, and the max that is shown is the max to stay subsonic.

Some powder manufacturers actually give you real starting and max loads, like VV.

You won't run into pressure issues until you are well, well past supersonic thresholds.
