Not sure what lube you use but if you ever mix One Shot with anything else this is a common occurrence.  One Shot does not play nice with other case lubes.

Even running a batch of "other lubed" cases through the die then going back to One Shot will wreck your day.  You have to totally clean and degrease the die between lube types.

You need to let the HOS evaporate the carrier before attempting to size.  Squirting lube into a die is problematic.  Now, you created mess.  Make sure get lube in the case neck.
Above all let HOS dry before attempting to size cases.
Remove the decapping rod and lightly polish the expander.

With the stem in the case and no die in the press, put the case in the shell holder and run the ram up to the top of its stroke.  The stem should be sticking out of the press where the die would normally be (you'll have to lower the ram a little to get the case mouth below where the die goes).  Grab the stem and, using just your hand, pull the stem UP as far as you can and hold it there...  then lay an open vice grip across the top of the press where the die would go...  the stem should be going thru the vice grip jaws...  then grab and lock the vice grips on the stem while still in contact with the top of the press.  Next force the ram down and the expander should be pulled from the case...

If you are concerned with damaging the case, lube up the inside of the neck any way you like before trying the above.
