most of the ballistic apps I have seen are asking for a lot more data then I can find on 22.
BC being the main one. Is there one more set up for 22 already? is the BC generic for 22 unlike centerfire? I figured I would print some out before I go to the range or build a scope cap insert for quick reference. So it doesn't have to be for a phone. I saw people had a hard time reading them during competitions due to light or phones timing out. |

They don't have all but you can input the BC data yourself at top also if your bullet is not in the library. http://jbmballistics.com/cgi-bin/jbmtraj_simp-5.1.cgi BC is not generic but most all will fall in the .139-.159 area. Lapua lists Center X as .172 but that is high. I usually use .159. What bullets are you using? What type of matches are you shooting? |

I have a few to try out so that is why I wanted some way to calculate it.
Though maybe I am not accurate enough to notice. I have some eley bench rest semi auto. armscor and winchester standard velocity probably a few others on top of that. I just got a new scope in and wanted to sight it in this weekend and try the nrl 22 match next weekend. |

Is it a standard NRL22 or an NRL22X match? If just standard then it only goes to 100 yards so no real difference will be seen. If an X match then try and get the data as good as possible for the ammo you will use. Also ES/SD is important if shooting 200+ yards with a .22.

Get DOPE on specific rifle and ammo.
Input data into spreadsheet. Print and tape to stock. Done. |

regular not long distance.
But I only have access to a 50 yard during the regular weekends. So I was hoping to have it mapped out so I have a chance, rather than try and figure it out that day. |

For just 100 yards you will be at about 1.8 mils at 100. I run my data in 1 yard increments in rimfire for paper data backup. You know the course of fire before you go to the match so you can do it ahead of time. Get a good 50 yard zero and go have some fun. |

Shooter works well for me. Strelok seems to work for some. Applied ballistics is good.
For bc, under 100 just use .15 Lapua claims .172 but that's never lined up with my actual drops. I shoot both NRL and nrlx. Mostly usually using SK standard+ and Lapua center x. If you go past 100 you'll want to true your dope using velocity and bc adjustments. The bc I'm using that matched my dope is .117 That seems low to me but works for all my ammo out to 600 yards. Shooter app has a ballistic truing function that will get you very very close by shooting at three different distanced from 25 to maybe 150 yards. |

Strelok+ Pro works well for me. It even had the exact BC and related data for the Lapua Center-X match 40 grain ammo I commonly shoot.
This is with a 50 yard zero. I've tweaked it a tiny bit, but it lets me shoot accurately to 250 if I get the wind right (a real challenge).    |
