I’d like to acquire one of these super short bolt gun pistols/SBR’s. I am liking the design of the Elf Owl and I have checked out the Pork Sword, I know about the Rem 700-CP too. I like to stay around or below $1500 before glass, which rules out the Q mini-fix and Christensen MPP. I have a Dead Nomad 30 that I want to see just how quiet the 300blk can get.  

Who else offers a super short sub 9” bolt 300blk? Is anyone but Q offering the 1:5 twist?

Do you already have a 300blk? If so close the gas block. Should be very similar to a bolt gun

If looking for “factory” bolt guns. Savage just released one. Gear head works has one, which in my opinion are the best looking. Not sure if they are still selling them.

Or make your own.

If trying to stay under $1500, savage is probably your only option. The Remington 700 is pretty much out of production and if you find one, they are going for a premium price. All the others, including building your own, will most likely go over $1500.

I have the pork sword in 300BO

If you want it really small the Howa and CZ actions are built to scale for the blackout. Everything else is a normal short action which is bigger and heavier.
