I want to get into long range precision shooting. What books are out there that would be valuable to a beginner? I plan on taking some classes this year but I would also like to study as much as I can.

Thank you in advance.

As stated at the precision rifle courses I've attended  "anyone can press a trigger, it takes knowledge to read the wind".  This is a good reference book.

I was just hanging out with Phillip last night.  He's a real good dude and one helluva shooter.
