Or is there a better more accurate combination of barrel and suppressor. ISB +10/22 takedown gives me 2 complete barrel options. Something like a Tacsol integrated may be more accurate and would be my price cap for this venture. This will be for 1. plinking 2. varmint 3. hunting. I see a regular 10/22 for $337 and I understand the price difference. The Ruger seems like a good middle ground.

Integral suppressors are kind of a bad idea. You are locked into shooting just that one barrel suppressed. You cant move it to a pistol, another rifle, ect.
That said, I have a Ruger-SR ISB and am happy with it. Pretty damn quiet and minute of dip can accurate at 50-75 yards. I would grab a Thunderbeast Takedown or a DA Mask and go from there. If you still want to get something integral, then at least you still have something to move around. |
