I was excited to do a little shooting yesterday and re-sight in some guns.  I was having an issue with my 10/22 and POI shift.

I took advice and clocked the baffle every 90 degrees and got about a 5 foot difference in POI shift at 30 yards, problem is when I remove the silencer or clean it, it is generally a shift in baffle alignment and then a re-sight - not fun.  I also did the same for my Ghost on my .45, about 3 foot POI change.  Short of having dedicated cans ($$) and never removing them, or welding the baffle stack in place, I'm not certain how to proceed.  Not hitting my targets takes a lot of the fun out of shooting.

Also - how hard is it to machine wrench flats on a mount?!  Hand tight does NOT do the trick.
