This is the most sturdy, solid telescoping leg bipod I've ever owned or used, and I've used a lot of bipods since the 1980s, starting with the fixed Harris before they had the S model.
Fit, feel, materials, finish, and user-interface are second-to-none.
I was originally concerned that it would be heavier than my Harris bipods with QD plates and pod locks.
Turns out the Harris is heavier by over an ounce.
The ability to run the legs under Constant Spring action allows you to use one hand and never have to bring both hands up to reset them.
The 45˚ feature is independent of the normal 90˚ leg positions, so you don't ever get stuck on 45˚ when you don't want it.
The feet are awesome, with positive grip and are easy to QD if you deliberately want to switch them out with the spike feet.
The yoke is wide so that the likelihood of dumping your rifle is significantly reduced. I've seen many competitors and snipers dump their rifles at a really bad time, causing damage to scopes and loss of zero or scope usability.
The lever lock to set tension for swivel holds its tension somehow, no matter what you do. You can set it to lock-in with no movement, mid-tension so it holds but is able to cant with a little pressure, or free-swivel.
Very cool bipod.
