Can you give me a more in depth answer as to why? I don’t need a kit but thanks. I know a machinist who will do it for free. He asked the question. What’s with due ..... anymore from people texting?

Cut with sharp bit from inside bore out, a few thousand's at a time. You may need to lightly break inside edge with brass hone and abrasive. That said, I use Brownell's cutter with brass pilot.
