Impact Data Books. They have any page you need and also have round count books, which I would also recommend, and weapons logs. Other books for .22s also. Take a look at the page.

The ones from impact are nice, but I've quit using log books, other than a round count log. With Modern ballistics apps they really don't give me any additional info.

I just use a small notebook for each rifle. I input data that is relevant to me and what I am doing on that day.
