I need help!!

I just purchased a Savage Elite Precision 6 Creedmoor. I am trying to develop a load for it.
It has a 26” barrel and 1/7.5” twist.

I’m using H4350 and GM205M and new 6 creedmoor Lapua brass.
The brass has been fire formed at this point.
The bullet is a Vapor Trail 103gr.

Currently my load is 39.9gr H4350
.270” neck bushing used and the bullet is about.010” into lands.  About 3,100 FPS

I can get a clover ?? leaf group at 200 yards with 3 or 4 shots and then a flyer that may be a inch off.

Any thoughts are appreciated

I measure made bullets base to tip. Line them up
Low to high.
Put them in the box in order.
 This has taken some more difference out. My groups got better.

If br shooters could figure out how to stop that one flyer .....

Does the group flyer also correlate to a velocity flyer?
