Hate to hear that. I built a 6.5 CM upper a couple of years ago suing a 22" Criterion and it shoots lights out.

I bought a some Hornady 140 gr BTHP American Gunner just to sight it in and it shot sub moa, so loaded up on that stuff. I later tried some S&B 140 gr BTHP's and they also were sub moa. Never have tried anything else.
