Imho, the PRS isn't "needed" right now... and that $300 would buy a lot of trigger time with match'ish ammo .. ( Try a box of 50rds Hornady Steel match / Training 75gr for, but... make sure your barrel choice likes it prior to buying in bulk. )
WOA, CLE, Criterion... are all barrels that will give you braggin' rights, for sure. .. as long as you do your part. Again...and imho ...the added cost of those barrels helps your odds of getting a great shooting barrel.
I also suggest you watch the Criterion Barrels “Accurizing AR-15” videos.. all of them. Those videos are choke-full of info.

Buy the best barrel you can afford... in the long run, an extra $100 bucks spent on a barrel will bring you far more happiness then you realize.
And in the big scope of things... you probably will save that much in ammo with a better barrel. ( IE ... it will be easier to find ammo that shoots better out of your higher quality barrel. )
I'm not sure why you'd want an Adj. GB on a .223 / 5.56... unless you are going to suppress it.
The LaRue trigger choice is a bargain.
.223 / 5.56 is also a bargain round... I have fired the Horn. SM 75gr out to 794yds out of the Krieger barrel, hitting a man-sized steel torso readily after dialing the scope in ( I'd say the Krieger barrel likes it , and Match grade precision doesn't have to cost a lot )
