I use applied ballistics, it is part of my kilo 2400 RF..works perfectly out to 2000 yards so far...

I used JBM for years and it always worked very well and I still use it from time to time. I mostly switched over to the Hornady 4dof when it came out as it has a mobile as well and found it was even more accurate. They use Doppler derived custom drag curves for all the bullets in their library but you can also put in BC data if a bullet wasn't in there. One of the best parts is it's free online and also a free app for phones and devices. Worth a look.
https://www.hornady.com/team-hornady/ballistic-calculators/# Biggest thing to remember with any ballistic calculator is garbage in, garbage out. You need to get your inputs accurate to get accurate data from the program. Also make sure to run a full tracking test on your scope out to at least 10 mils or 40 MOA as some people think their app is wrong when it's their optic not tracking. |

JBM is popular here. I’ve tried TRASOL and it was nice, but I find myself just using iSnipe more.

Not sure about Apple, but for Android you can download any app from Google Play and you have 2 hours to try out the app and you can return it for a full refund. I downloaded all the major ballistic apps, entered my actual muzzle velocity, weather, etc, and went with the one that matched up most accurately to my actual numbers that I had just shot earlier in the day. FWIW Strelok is the one I chose.

I've used BallisticAE for a long time but recently switched because the original author sold the app (and corrupted all my rifle / cartridge / zero data).
Additionally, you may find this interesting. After a bit of a break I'm getting back in to precision shooting with a friend... I purchased and tried to get through Strelok but it looked and felt to me like a kindergartener designed the UI. For now I've settled on BallisticsARC which seems to have most of what I think I need and none of what I won't use. |

i started out with exbal. its no more
then shooter app. it worked great and has a good backup system now i go back and forth between ballistic AE, and Trasol. Trasol has been updated for IOS but not for android as of the last time i checked just so you are aware |
