Shot again with same setup as my previous post, but this time followed the "aim small, miss small" adage. I reduced the aiming points on my target to be 1/2" diameter circles instead of 1" squares, and I could feel that change making a big difference as I was aiming each shot. Very helpful and effective.

Rifle is the Howa KRG Bravo in .308. This is the Howa 1500 short-action supplied with the KRG Bravo stock. Mine has the factory 24" barrel, which is 1-in-10 twist.

Bipod is the Magpul, and its swivel feature works great for me.

I'm shooting factory Federal GM308M (.308 Gold Medal Match, 168 grain).

My rear bag is homemade and measures 8" x 5" x 2" (meets the less-than 96 CI rule). I have to squeeze the bag to get and hold proper elevation, as per the rules.

Images below. This is at DPRC, in North Carolina. Much better groups than my last target.

Bolt division with magnified optics, 100 yards, Herters1893: Howa KRG Bravo .308, 24" factory barrel, Leupold VARI-X III 6.5-20x40mm, ADM scope mount, Federal Gold Medal Match (GM308M, 168 grain). Groups: 1.110"/0.615"/0.691"/0.522"/0.557" = avg. 0.699" = .668 MOA

Is there a semi auto only 1 MOA challenge? I need to feel better about myself.

Yes, SPR division is basically centerfire semi-autos.

Here's my submission.  Forgot to take a picture of the target down range at 50 yards, though .  This was shot for the .22lr magnified optics division at 50 yards.

Here is the rifle - CZ 457 Varmint Precision in .22 LR with a Vortex Viper PST Gen 2 3-15x44 (shot using Eley 40gr Tenex).  I only used a front rest.  The range provides sandbags but they're pretty large and my guess is they are not allowed due to the size, so I didn't bother using one.

Here is the target.  The 3 shots on the top left can be ignored and were just fouling shots since this gun likes to usually throw one of the first shots on a cold bore.

...and here are the 5 groups.  I apologize as I do not have calipers so I used the BallisticX app for measurements.

.22lr magnified optics 50 yards, Zeebz: CZ 457 Varmint Precision .22lr - KRG Bravo chassis - Vortex Viper PST Gen II 3-15 x44 - Eley tenex 40gr flat nose. Groups: .481"/.457"/.555"/.370"/.495" = avg. .471" = .899 MOA
