After a couple hundred rounds I noticed that it’s leaking gas from the front adjustment screw and the side detent. Anyone else have this? Or is it a concert/problem at all?

Both mine do it, but it hasn't caused me any problems.

All mine tend to... but I have had no issues.
Make sure you apply a drop of lube on the adjustment screw and run it back and forth, once in a while. What caliber, gas system length and barrel length , ( out of curiosity ) |

Really seems that over time the adj screw would get torched by the blow by. |
