well, it wins 'Ugly'

a decent price point, I guess, for a rugged dual-bander that does a digital mode

ETA: I dig the front speaker; so it's like 2 of their single banders in one box for $250 (the UHF rig was the same $ when it was released a few mo ago)

IF I didn't prefer a dual-vfo and detachable face for mobile use--For Shack use though...this is REALLY interesting!

I hate it less now than I did at first glance
