I currently have about four 1/2 acres plots growing at my farm.   They are covered in Buckwheat, Alfalfa, corn, Sunflowers, and throw and grow seed.

Question:

This fall how should I replant these areas?

1.   spray dead, till/disc, replant something

2.  Cut low with bush hog and broadcast spread seed over top

3.   ??

What do you do?

What should I plant?
