Not really old but a old design that I still use regularly is a 5/8oz black jitterbug.

I still use some 40 something year old Penn spinning reels. They are bricks though compared to some of the Okuma spinners I now have.

80's era Daiwa Millionaires, 80's era Daiwa Procasters, a couple 80's era Shimano Bantams, a couple 70's Abu Garcia Ambassadeurs, an Abu Cardinal from the 80's.  If it lasts and is still smooth, it gets used

I rarely fish but have, collect, and use vintage fishing gear. From 60s fiberglass fly rods to metal rod old baitcasters. It's more about using the old stuff than catching anything. I'll start a thread about some early zebco stuff.

The 3600 is what I went to after my friend kept telling me my old 5000 was too old and clunky for the creek smallmouths that require precise placement.

It's nice, for sure, but I just picked up a near virgin old 5000 which will be my #1.

Penn Senator 113h 4/0. I have 4 of them now on stand up rods with 30 mono. I think I got 3 of them for free and rebuilt them. Simple trolling rigs that slay fish.
