Went out this morrning, and had about 15 buzz in just before shooting time.
Wasn't set up on the"X", more like the"O" 
They where skirtting by just out of range, and the only flock to work had Mallards mixed in. Oh well, at least they are around. Try again tomorrow. Anyone else hunting these speedy little bastards? |

Had several good days here in KS.
Went out 2 days and had lots of birds around. Day two was my best, had them landing at decoys and all around me. Hunted public land. |

Hopefully your season is longer than 7 days,
ours was 1 week with a 6 bird limit. Talk is they might go with the Illinois frame work, 4/day and 2 week season. Out goose hunting on the river this morning, had dozens buzzing me. Regular season is next Sat., thank god |

Our season is 15 days, 6 per day for the zone I’m in. Regular duck/goose doesn’t start for 3/ 4 more weeks.
